Lawyer Mgr. Kristína Brenk graduated from the Faculty of Law, Comenius University in Bratislava.
She has been a part of the law firm KVASŇOVSKÝ & PARTNERS | ATTORNEYS-AT-LAW since 2011, specializing primarily in real estate and land law, including associated protection and securing of ownership, as well as handling dispute resolution matters. She leads court disputes in the field of commercial law, providing prior advisory services and assessing the legal status of clients.
She is the creator of pre-trial preparations for evidence management in court disputes, primarily in the field of commercial law and contracts for work. Over the long term, she consistently achieves above-average results in debt recovery, even in the complex construction market.
