Associate Mgr. Linda Ráčková studied law at the Faculty of Law, Comenius University in Bratislava.
At the law firm KVASŇOVSKÝ & PARTNERS | ATTORNEYS-AT-LAW, she has been working since 2013, focusing primarily on energy law and dispute resolution. She also provides corporate advice and handles contractual matters related to commercial and civil law. She analyzes existing legal relationships of clients in their contractual dealings, predicting the risk of failure in disputes.
She is the author of legal opinions, the correctness of which has been confirmed by the highest judicial body of general jurisdiction, as well as the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic. She publishes professional articles in the field of energy and issues related to renewable energy sources.
