Associate Mgr. Patrik Špirko studied law at the Faculty of Law, Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice.
He has been a part of the team at the law firm KVASŇOVSKÝ & PARTNERS | ATTORNEYS-AT-LAW since 2018. In his work, he predominantly focuses on tax law, auction law, and the enforcement of pledge rights, property law, security institutes, and asset protection, including handling legal disputes.
Within his practice, he covers the area of consumer law and represents clients' interests in consumer disputes, both before general courts and within alternative dispute resolution processes. He is a co-author of professional articles in the field of tax law.
